Helen
and Shelagh, the founders of this business, have long and successful
careers in IT sales management and running a successful training business,

Helen
Gallick
With
a BSc in Behavioural Science, training from Henley Management School
and a member of Ashridge Alumni, Helen has a wealth of experience
to share. She has spent the last 18 years in the IT industry and
working in the roles of Sales Director and General Management, working
in large companies, including Rank Xerox, Unysis and SystemHouse.
She has also successfully started up and run several smaller IT
Companies. As an avid networker, Helen understands absolutely the
value of effective business networking and people can profit from
her knowledge and success in getting the best out of networking.

Shelagh
Fairbank
Prior
to running her successful training and consulting business, managing
over 150 consultants in the field, Shelagh worked in IT corporate
sales, account development and training for 6 years. Her experience
in the training business over the past 10 years has led to many
satisfied and loyal customers. She strongly believes that effective
communication is critical for all business people and it's with
this belief and passion that she has confidence in a programme that
is tried, tested and works.

Jeremy
Moore (Jezz to his friends)
Jezz
started his career in IT and after completing a degree in Economics
and Politics, he has had a very successful career in Investment
Management. He has an MBA from Henley Management College and now
runs his own business. He has always been passionate about sport
and has competed in squash, rugby and rowing. This passion for sport
developed into coaching and he trains members of the Leander Club
– the UK’s elite rowers – and was one of the coaches
to a number of Great Britain's Rowing Teams.
Some
of Jezz’s appointments over the years include, Business Director
for AMRO Investment Bank, Director of Nortel Networks, Strategic
Alliances, Global Professional Services (GPS), Director & Head
of Private Equity for KPMG Birmingham and Investment Director for
Granville Private Equity Ltd.
