What is "Brown Bag" Training?
“Brown Bag"
training, a phrase to describe a method of training, which gives people the knowledge they need without taking them away from their work for too long.

How does it work? All the workshops are delivered in one or two hours, usually in downtime or just outside the usual working day i.e. Breakfast, Lunchtime, or early Evening. People attending will be given a 'brown bag' containing 'breakfast, lunch or tea'.

What are the benefits to you, the team and the organisation?

We look after your tummies as well as your minds!
More cost effective - you can get 3 times the number of people attending the events in one day.
The work still gets done - sessions run in downtime and non-critical working hours.
